Shops along Railway Market at Mile1, Port Harcourt is currently being demolished. According to speculations, the reason for the demolition is due to a possible repair of the rail lines. The rail line which has been inactive for over a decade was overtaken by thrift cloth sellers popularly known as Okrika.
