Defence Headquarters debunk coup claim
Defence Headquarters says claims of a coup in the country, is a figment of imagination. This follows some reports that claimed Guards Brigade is on high alert over “unusual movements, leading to Suspicion of a coup plot in Nigeria”. Acting Director of Defence Information, Brigadier General Tukur Gusau said those claims are malicious and unfounded.
