Candidate of the Accord party Dumo Lulu Briggs has insisted that he will pursue his case at the election petition tribunal contrary to claims that he has dropped his petition against the PDP and its candidate SIMINIALAYI FUBARA 

In a statement by his media aide NiaBari Falae, Mr Dumo Lulu Briggs described claims that he has jettisoned his petition as baseless 

He called on journalists to always verify information and official statements to ensure accuracy in reporting while urging members of the public, media organizations, and all concerned parties to refrain from spreading unfounded rumors and to await verified updates from official sources.
