Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has announced that the Federal Government has approved the construction of an airstrip at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland. This revelation was made during the Tehillah Night Special Edition at Covenant University Chapel, Ota, Ogun State.
According to Oyedepo, the new airstrip will enable him to travel directly from the church premises without needing to go to the airport first. He stated, “I am sure you will be glad to know that the Federal Government has approved an airstrip for Canaanland. I won’t need to fly a helicopter to the airport. I can leave from here to wherever I am going. Members with their planes will have where to land and park.”
The airstrip is expected to facilitate transportation for worshippers and visitors, especially during major church events. Oyedepo also highlighted Covenant University graduates who have become pilots, flying him on occasion, as examples of success in pursuing God’s plan.
The event, Tehillah Night, was a special thanksgiving in honor of Bishop Oyedepo, who recently celebrated his 70th birthday.
