Governor Nyesom Wike will today at noon, swear-in the 18 Commissioner-Delegates at the Executive Council Chamber of the State Government House in Port Harcourt.

This comes after the Rivers State House of Assembly yesterday screened and confirmed all commissioner designates, including the former State APC Publicity Secretary, Chris Finebone. 

Of the 18 incoming Commissioners, only 3 are women. 

Similarly, Barrister Clifford Oparaodu will be sworn-in as a member of the State Judicial service Commission.
