In light of recent political happenings, President General, Initiative for Transparent Strategy and Good Leadership  Chizzy Enyi has advised Governor Fubara to rise up and use the powers made available to him in the constitution. He expressed worry that since the attempted impeachment of the governor no member of his cabinet including the State Artonney general has come out to condemn it.

Chizzy Enyi also urged FCT minister to focus on his job and leave the governor alone.

Similarly, more groups have continued to berate the Ferdinand Anabraba led Rivers elders for asking Governor Fubara to apologise to FCT minister Nyesom Wike. Speaking at a press briefing on behalf a coalition of Non Governmental Organisations in the state, Solomon Lenu described the elders as loyalists of Wike, attempting to lead the governor astray. Lenu also called for the immediate redeployment of Rivers Police Commissioner Emeka Polycarp Nwoyi.
