The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) has unveiled a series of reforms aimed at transforming it into a modern, innovative, and digitally driven agency. In a statement on Monday, NIPOST said the reforms are in line with global best practices and support President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. Key changes include a shift to a fully cashless system by July 1, 2025, improved staff welfare, and a performance-based reward system. The agency expressed gratitude to the Minister of Communications, the NIPOST Board Chairman, and the Postmaster General for their roles in driving the reforms, which aim to enhance transparency, speed, and service excellence.
