Rivers State Neighbourhood watch drags Gov Wike, 2 others to court over alleged 2 years unpaid salaries

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has been dragged to the National Industrial court sitting in Port Harcourt to explain why has not paid the Rivers State Neighbourhood watch for over two years. 

Also dragged in the suit is the Rivers State Government, the State Attorney General and the Director of the Rivers State neighbourhood watch. 

Briefing journalists today Cordinator of the Bori Area command of the agency NEEMENE KPUGISI PETER lamented that for over two years they have been gathering and sending information to the police to ensure a crime free state but no dime has been paid to them

NEEMENE KPUGISI PETER expressed why the governor would focus on recruiting and paying over 2000 Special Advisers and liaison officers without paying members of the neighbourhood watch
