Uba Sani Claims Opposition Cannot Win More Than 25% of Votes in Kaduna

Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has expressed confidence in his political standing in the state, claiming that opposition parties would struggle to secure more than 25 per cent of the votes in Kaduna.

The governor’s statement signals his confidence in his political support base as political parties position themselves for future electoral contests.

Governor Sani made the remarks during an interview with TVC on Sunday, following the launch of President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign in Kaduna

He attributed his confidence to federal government projects in the state, including road reconstruction, education and transport infrastructure. He argued that these interventions should encourage residents to vote massively for Tinubu in 2027.

Sani also criticised opposition parties for allegedly focusing on social media attacks against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) instead of engaging voters through rallies and town hall meetin

However, the governor’s prediction remains a political claim, with the actual level of support for each candidate to be determined by voters in the 2027 general election.
