The police have arrested men who were involved in beating a civilian in Rivers State.

The Force Public Relations Officer revealed this in a tweet where he further said that their commander will personally bring them to the Force Headquarters on Tuesday for further actions.

Although the identity of the RRS 3 officers are yet to be revealed, the PRO maintained “that their action does not portray the police in a good light at all.”
