After months of battle, former Osun Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, has finally accepted the ruling of the Supreme Court which upheld the election of Senator Ademola Adeleke as governor of the state.
Oyetola, in a statement he personally signed, said the move was for the interest, peace and development of the state. He urged his supporters to accept the judgement as God’s will and move on.
Former Osun Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola has said that the differences between himself and his successor, Senator Ademola Adeleke must give way for the development of the State.
Oyetola while reacting to Tuesday’s ruling of the Supreme Court which upheld the election of Adeleke said although the verdict of the Apex Court was against the wish of his party’s members and supporters, he accepted it in the interest of peace and development of the State.
