Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court Abuja has recused herself from Nnamdi Kanu’s case. 

She made the decision in line with Kanu’s request during the resumption of his trial today.

Kanu, who had alleging that Justice Nyako had refused to obey the Supreme Court’s order, said he had lost confidence in the court.

The Judge vowed  to send Kanu’s case file back to the Chief Judge for reassignment and further necessary actions.
