President of the chartered institute of personnel management Olusegun Mojeed who gave this at a four-day International Conference of the institute in Port Harcourt said Nigeria lacks leaders who are willing to learn and be led.

Edo State Governor Mr Godwin Obaseki, represented by the head of Service Mr Anthony Okungbowa commended the institute for bringing to the fore the issues of quality human resources, adding that Edo State will partner with the institute for better management of her human resources.

Our correspondent reports that the 2022 international conference and exhibition with the theme Leading People Growing Nations has in attendance exhibitors in various fields including finance and insurance, ICT, health and alternative medicine among others.
