As part of ways to reduce car theft and decrease the crime rate, the Rivers State police command will next week commence the verification of all vehicles in the state

Commissioner of police Effiong Okon gave this while he appeared on a live radio program today on Classic FM 91.1.

He was responding to a question on the series of car theft witnessed in the State, particularly at the State high court premises.
