The Rivers State Government has said it would soon commence a clampdown on persons, particularly candidates of political parties who paste posters indiscriminately without authorization.
Acting managing director of the Rivers State signage and Advertisement agency Tony Okeah gave this while speaking with journalists yesterday.
Okeah who said the clampdown would cut across all political parties expressed displeasure that such posters defy the city’s aesthetics.
Correspondent Allwell Ene reports that the RISAA acting managing director Tony Okeah also denied claims that the agency is witch-hunting opposition political parties and denying them space to do their advertisements.
